Mike has served as Associate Pastor since 2021, where he helps lead through preaching, teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, and outreach. Brenda serves faithfully alongside him, bringing warmth, encouragement, prayer, hospitality, and a relational heart that helps people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Mike and Brenda Weygandt serve together with a genuine love for people and a deep desire to see lives shaped by the hope of Jesus.

Together, Mike and Brenda approach ministry as a team. They believe the church is not just a place to attend, but a family where people can grow in faith, find encouragement, and learn to serve one another. Whether through a sermon, a conversation, a prayer, a meal, or a simple act of care, their heart is to point people to Christ and walk with them in the everyday realities of life.

Their years of ministry and leadership experience have taken them into churches, nonprofit work, international ministry, and service among people facing hardship and persecution. Those experiences have shaped in them a practical, compassionate, and steady approach to ministry. Mike brings leadership, teaching, and vision, while Brenda brings personal care, encouragement, and a ministry of presence that strengthens the people around her.

Mike and Brenda live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and are grateful for the life God has given them together. Married since 2013, they enjoy their family, including five children and four grandchildren, and consider it a joy to serve the Lord together through the local church. Their prayer is that their ministry would help people feel welcomed, encouraged, and drawn closer to Jesus.
